Are You Ready For #HMBalmaination: Balmain x H&M Full Collection

With just 3 more days to the launch of Balmain x H&M, aren’t you excited!?

First of all, guys please at least get the name “Balmain” right. The other day I was on the train when I overheard 2 OLs talking about the collection and they repeatedly pronounced it as “bel-main” *facepalm*

So if you don’t know it already, here’s the correct pronounciation

(Just imagine it sounds like bow-ma, ok?)

I must say it’s really amazing but sorry this girl here ain’t got the money. Probably the only apparel I can afford is the basic logo tee. With that said, I am POSITIVELY ABSOLUTELY sure that from 6th Nov onwards, we’ll see a parade of people strutting around in that  t-shirt with an air like they bought the whole collection, when really all they got was JUST that t-shirt. So don’t be that person.

If you’re gonna buy a designer collaboration, please actually buy the aesthetics designed for the collection, not just a basic tee. Because if you really want that, even I can print that for you and it’ll only cost you $30. Don’t even go to the “but the quality is better” argument. Cotton is still cotton alright? If you don’t have the money to afford anything else, then don’t buy, save it for something bigger then; instead of putting up a false pretence to be in the middle of the hype. Learn to appreciate fashion design if you’re buying it!

If there’s anything i’m crazy about from this collections…it’s the pants!

At least get these killer belts if you’re desperate. They seem to go with anything!
